We offer 3 simple service packs. There is no extra charge for complex tasks and any potential expenses (e.g. phone calls made abroad on your behalf, postage costs) will be discussed and agreed in advance. Your Virtual Office Assistant is self-employed so there are no tax, pension, healthcare or other staff benefits to pay.
With the Hourly Pack, you pay for one or more hours of our services. This is based on an estimate of time required for the agreed scope of work. If your assistant performed the agreed task in less than the estimated amount of time (e.g. 45 minutes instead of one hour), you will receive a time credit for the balance worth 15 minutes of your assistant’s time.
With the Fixed Pack, we agree a fixed price for a project that is estimated to take a number of hours – usually over several days or weeks (e.g. website content update).
With the Block Pack, you pay for a block of hours to be used flexibly over a specified period (for example one calendar month, over 3 months or even the rest of the calendar year). Pricing is at a lower rate than for the Hourly Pack.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
After an initial conversation to assess your needs, your virtual assistant will send you a brochure describing the terms that apply to each engagement as well as an invoice for the chosen pack. Once payment has been received in cleared funds, you can instruct your assistant to carry out your first task!
